Tuatara Group team members developed the technical itinerary for this RTM and execution were well-received by delegates and USTDA alike. U.S. companies expressed their appreciation and satisfaction with opportunities afforded by the RTM and the quality of the delegation. Despite a government shutdown, the team staged a highly successful Industry Roundtable attended by some 70 people from more than 40 relevant companies. The RTM featured a successful full-day training workshop and a broad selection of meetings with relevant and receptive U.S. companies. the delegation was pleased to have a roundtable discussion with regulators and a site visit to a U.S. utility with geography, demographics, and size analogous to those of operations in Nigeria. Several companies reported that they are in the process of collaborating with delegates, and building on the relationships developed during this RTM.
