Pamela M. Peseux, Partner
Pamela Peseux, co-founder and Partner with Tuatara Group, has more than thirty years of experience in marketing, business development, and international project facilitation. She works closely with U.S. industry to promote U.S. technology in emerging markets. She provides clients with the analysis of U.S. technology and its application and competitiveness. Peseux has managed the technical program development and marketing of more than 75 trade missions, study tours, workshops, feasibility studies and a variety of project development activities focusing on ICT, transportation, smart grid, smart cities, mini grid, microgrids, power distribution, transmission and power generation. She works closely with leading U.S. equipment and service providers, regulators, financing organizations as well international stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities, and projects to support infrastructure modernization in emerging markets. She has supported due diligence efforts on multiple infrastructure projects to determine project bankability. She was a program manager for an international consulting firm supporting feasibility studies and USAID projects, trade missions and private industry. She was the marketing manager for Cellular One (now AT&T) directing customer communications and the development of new service offerings. She worked as an advertising account executive for the first 10 years of her career supporting both consumer and business to business technologies and services. Peseux holds a Master of International Management (MIM) from the University of Maryland University College/Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University.
