THAILAND: Executive Leadership Training Programs

Tuatara developed and executed two Executive Leadership Training Programs to familiarize senior decision-makers from the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT),  the state-owned power utility responsible for electric power generation and transmission, with state-of-the-art U.S. technologies, best practices, financing mechanisms and regulatory frameworks to enable clean power generation and grid enhancing projects in Thailand.

Program 1: Clean Power Generation Solutions (May 2022): The first program focused on clean power generation and energy transition technologies including hydrogen and carbon capture utilization, and storage. The training program itinerary included meetings and site visits in Washington, DC, Houston, TX and Denver, CO.

Program 2: Power Transmission and Renewable Integration Solutions (June 2022): The second program focused on innovative transmission and grid-enhancing technologies and renewable energy integration. The training program itinerary included meetings and site visits in Washington, DC, San Francisco, CA  and Pullman, WA.

The training programs included meetings and presentations with U.S. government agencies, regulators, financing organizations, industry associations, and U.S. technology and equipment providers.
