Brad Barnds, Senior Associate Energy

 Mr. Barnds brings over 35 years of domestic and international energy experience in three primary areas: oil, gas and power to the Tuatara team.  His executive level experience spans the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors having spent his career in exploration and production, regulated utilities, independent power, LNG, and midstream businesses.  He has helped companies sell buy and sell energy and is well versed in contracting, pricing, financing and regulatory issues required to develop sound projects.  He most recently held the position of senior vice president with WesPac Midstream LLC leading the effort to develop LNG and midstream projects along the Gulf Coast, mid-Atlantic states and Alaska. His far-ranging efforts at WesPac encompassed reserve acquisition in the Cook Inlet of Alaska to LNG market development to structuring complex “well head to burner tip” commercial arrangements. As senior vice president, business development, Oxbow Gas LLC, he participated in the development of numerous bio methane projects oriented toward serving the renewable power and transportation markets across the U.S.
